Austrans’ comprehensive fleet of purpose-built vehicles provides complete solutions for every industrial, residential, and commercial waste management need. Our commitment to excellence ensures that we can handle a wide range of waste management challenges efficiently and effectively.

As the new financial year begins, we are excited to announce the addition of four new vehicles to our fleet. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to adapt and respond to our customer’s evolving needs. These new fleet items will enhance our ability to deliver exceptional service, reliability, and innovative waste management solutions.

We are very excited to announce 3 new Cappellotto Combination Units and 1 new Dangerous Goods Vacuum Tanker:

Dangerous Goods Vacuum Tanker (24,000L)

With a powerful liquid ring vacuum pump and Vorstrom’s largest capacity tank, the TRD1000-24000DG is the top choice for even the most intense and high-volume jobs. As a registered dangerous goods unit, it’s built to extract and transport high-risk liquids safely. Equipped with a high-pressure cleaner and a tipping feature, the TRD1000-24000DG ensures the safe disposal of hazardous waste.

Its substantial tank capacity makes it perfect for removing large quantities of dangerous goods in a single trip. Whether dealing with corrosive or flammable chemicals or toxic sludge, the TRD1000-24000DG, designed in Queensland, is ready for any hazardous situation.

3 Cappellotto Combination Units

The Cappellotto CAP COMBI 3200 CL IND is a highly versatile industrial vacuum combination unit. It combines high-efficiency vacuum performance, drain cleaning, hydro excavation, and wet/dry vacuum capabilities, making it an essential addition to our fleet due to its diverse applications.

The 6″ boom extension allows the operator to perform tasks in tight spots with a 270-degree reach around the unit. This reach includes 20 metres of vacuum hose extension for hydro excavation and drain cleaning work. The CAP COMBI 3200 CL IND features a dry baghouse suction system for dry vacuum applications, and its ability to handle wet vacuuming enhances its versatility, allowing a wider range of tasks.

With a 4,636m3/hr (2,728cfm) vacuum pump and a 5,700-litre water tank, hydro excavation work can be completed efficiently and productively. The additional reach of the boom extension and the 20-metre vacuum hose make it possible to access difficult-to-reach locations for non-destructive digging activities.

The addition of the 3 Cappellotto Combination Units and 1 Dangerous Goods Vacuum Tanker is a testament to Austrans’ continued growth and service.
